Steve is an amazing salesman. Absolutely 10/10 if you are in the market Steve is your guy! Made sure we got the best bang for our buck. Made everything so easy. Can’t wait to deal with him for heat pumps in a few months. Norm installed and as you can see, it’s so clean and neat. Made sure we actually understood our system and how to make it work best for our home! Cannot thank them enough. We are so pleased!

Excellent response time for my emergency furnace repair. No run around, fast call back after hours and spoke with the repair person within minutes. He had the part replaced and furnace back on within 20 minutes of arrival. Exceeded my expectations in every way!! Definitely recommend.

Very good experience, first house I had central air installed and love it. So of course I had lots of questions which were all answered with ease and more information about the units and the install. They told me all I needed to know and then some, worked diligently and professionally to get the job done and I was very impressed with the end results... looking forward to doing business with DNM in the future 👍
